FREE with purchase of 16oz Tincture. The EASIEST way to get your daily dose of fungi goodness! This glass medicine cup is a reusable way to measure anywhere from 2.5-20mL of our mushroom tinctures. Please read and understand the recommended daily serving size on the back of your tincture bottle before using. While this measuring cup will hold up to 20mL of tincture, most of our tinctures have a 4mL recommended maximum daily serving size. However, you may take 20mL of Fungi Five (this would be the equivalent to taking each tincture in our Mushroom Tincture Bundle). We chose a 20mL glass measuring cup due to many people using Fungi Five in this way, we do not recommend taking 20mL of any single mushroom tincture.

A bit of an adjustment period but I do like it.

Since I have no feeling in my hands and tremors in both arms, this is easier for me to use than the dropper. It took me a while to get used to it, and I painted a 4 mL mark on it with fingernail polish. That helps! I like it.

I really like it

I really like it but I'm finding it hard to fill it because of the placement of the measurements on the cup. It would be nice to have those measurements on both sides.

Well, I purchased based on an influencer’s description of “tasteless”.
It is not. I can barely get it past my nose - however, I’ve started putting it in my last half cup of coffee and I’m getting it in. 👍
It’s too soon to review effects but I’ll post later on.

The Forgotten Kingdom

The origin of the American medical association is one of oil and a lack of knowledge for native plants. I’m not saying your doctor is wrong about anything they say, but I think they’re playing without a full deck! The world of functional/medicinal fungus and plants is one that for too long has been ignored or downright denigrated.
With an extract such as this we can be reminded of the truth behind thousands of years of knowledge that has been largely ignored in the western world for so long. I am grateful to Birch Boys for bringing these products to the masses in a respectable and legitimate form.
I personally take 4ml of this extract every morning and know that while the conscious effects are subtle, my system runs a bit smoother.
I’ve had experience with many other functional mushroom companies and this tincture is the best I have found not only for its quality of effect, but for the transparency of its sourcing and the honesty of its claims.

I love this tea. It has a mild flavor. It’s not energizing or relaxing so I can drink it at anytime of day.
